Terms for using OSPE-Prep.

By creating an account or using OSPE-Prep, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use OSPE-Prep for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

OSPE-Prep is independent, unofficial exam-preparation software. Arcmetric AI and OSPE-Prep are not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC). PEBC names and examination references identify the exam being prepared for; they do not imply sponsorship.

Practice reports are formative. They are not official examination results, guaranteed reproductions of live exam content, clinical advice, professional certification, or predictions that you will pass.

A candidate package provides the number of station attempts, mock-circuit credits, and access period displayed before checkout. An attempt is normally deducted when a reserved station begins. Educator-assigned stations use the candidate’s own available attempt balance unless a promotion expressly states otherwise. Credits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, final package contents, promotion-code effect, and total charged are displayed at secure checkout before you confirm payment. Keep the checkout confirmation as your agreement record.

If a verified platform failure prevents a paid attempt from being completed or assessed, Arcmetric AI may restore the attempt credit after reviewing the station events. Connectivity, unsupported-device, microphone-permission, or user abandonment issues are reviewed case by case and do not automatically qualify. Contact info@arcmetric.ai with the attempt reference.

Verified educators may create groups, assign stations, review group-linked results, and draft scenarios without buying candidate attempts. Educators must use learner information only for legitimate educational purposes, protect group codes and access, and avoid requesting real patient information. Draft educator content is distinct from Arcmetric-reviewed library content unless it completes the applicable review process.

You must not share accounts; probe or bypass security; scrape or resell the library; upload malware; impersonate another person; submit real patient information; use the service to make clinical decisions; reverse engineer protected components; overload the service; or use AI interactions to seek harmful, illegal, or unrelated content. We may limit or suspend access to protect users and the platform.

OSPE-Prep software, original scenarios, assessment structures, brand assets, and product content belong to Arcmetric AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use them during your access period. You retain ownership of material you submit, while granting Arcmetric AI the limited rights needed to host, process, assess, secure, and support that material.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. AI patients can misunderstand responses, and automated evidence detection can miss or misclassify an action. Candidates should review reports critically; educators retain professional judgement. We may update models, safeguards, cases, scoring logic, and interfaces to improve reliability.

To the extent permitted by law, OSPE-Prep is provided for preparation and formative learning. Arcmetric AI is not responsible for examination decisions, licensing outcomes, clinical decisions, or indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on practice feedback. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service or request deletion. We may suspend or end access for material breach, security risk, fraud, non-payment, or unlawful use. Sections that reasonably need to survive—including payment records, ownership, disclaimers, and dispute provisions—continue after access ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, contact info@arcmetric.ai so we can try to resolve it.
